Getting started with AXIS
What is AXIS Hockey?
AXIS Hockey is an elite training system built by Krys Barch, former NHL player, NHL development coach and OHL coach.
AXIS Hockey has now made its stickhandling training available through a digital training platform, with structured drills for hand control, speed, deception, and game habits.
Through the online training platform, players can train and track their progress, and coaches can create a team and invite athletes to train.
How do I sign up as a coach?
Choose “Coach sign up” to create your coach account and team. A team requires at least 12 players to qualify for the team rate ($199.99 per player per year).
To get started, enter your email, create password, and add your team name, then share your team invite code with your athletes via an automated email from the platform.
Do players need a team code to sign up?
No. Players can create an account without a team code. If your coach has shared a code, enter it during signup or join your team later from your dashboard.
To qualify for the team rate, players must have a team code on-hand during registration. For players who have registered and started their subscription prior to their team being created, contact info@axishockey.com.
Players can leave a team or transfer to a new team throughout the annual membership. Players can leave a team through the player dashboard, or coaches can release players through the coach dashboard. A player retains the reduced annual rate as long as they are part of a team when their subscription renews.
Who is AXIS for?
AXIS is for hockey players ages 7 and up who want to improve their puck skills and hockey sense, regardless of the player's level.
Stickhandling matters for players in house league as much as it does for the pros, whether they play ice hockey, in-line hockey or ball hockey.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel any time from your account. You keep access to your subscription until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you're never charged.
